Policies

Your Appointment

• Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time so we can promptly get you started with your services.

Scheduling

• Please schedule your next appointment at time of current appointment so we can ensure you will get in on time.
• A credit card or a cash deposit is required to schedule any appointment.

Late Arrival Policy

• If you arrive 10 minutes late for your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule or service time may be abbreviated to avoid delays for other guests and are charged at full value.

Cancelation and No show Policy

• To ensure the highest level of service, we require a 48 hour notice to cancel an appointment or you may be subject to a cancelation charge as follows:
  • Less than 24 hours’ notice – 50% of total services.
  • Failure to show- 100% of total services.

• If you must cancel after 48 hours and reschedule due to an emergency, deposit will go towards next visit.

Lashes Policy

• Due to the lash growth cycle, if you fail to show for your next scheduled lash fill and need to reschedule, due to lash loss you will be required to pay for the week of the fill which is as follows:
  • 5 weeks $110.00
  • 6 weeks $130.00
  • 7 weeks $175.00
  • 8 weeks $210.00 (Full Set)

• Clients whom have had lashes done by another salon will need to have a consultation prior to booking an appointment be charged a base fee of $125.00 and depending on the length of the appointment.  Your esthetician will let you know at the beginning of the appointment after examining your eyelashes.
